Saraswathi Vidyalaya High School have well experianced teachers .We handpick the most wonderful, patient, compassionate, caring people as our staff. They think just like kids, and when they teach, they express themselves in a way that kids understand. They play a major role in the development of their students’ overall growth, offering ample support, undivided attention and security, while keeping it fun.
Every kid gets the attention he/she deserves. The adult to student ratio at SVS is as per international standards, at 1:7. Our teachers are trained to handle anything – from tearful toddlers to tantrum throwers. They handle their students well and nurture them right. Periodic assessments of learning outcomes are conducted to identify each kid’s needs and attention is given to specific areas of development. This is possible purely because of our small numbers.

Training is a continuous process at SVS. Besides getting our staff up to date with the latest pedagogies, we also ensure that they are well aware of learning outcomes. This broadens their approach. We also have regular and on-going training sessions where the curriculum is discussed at length. We evaluate our staff’s performance constantly and ensure that our staff keeps our kids happy.
